Bea Stays In The Picture
After taking a bad school photo, Bea asks Milo and Oscar to help her get it back from yearbook editor, Clamantha, before it's published. Oscar distracts Clamantha by taking her on a date, while Bea and Milo sneak into the yearbook office to retrieve the photo.
Fish Sleepover Party
Bea decides to have a fun girls-only party, but Milo and Oscar, upset they weren't invited, decide to infiltrate the party dressed as girls and spy on everyone. When Bea and the girls realize what Milo and Oscar are up to, they make sure the boys know what it's like to be "one of the girls."
Fish Out Of Water
When Milo, wearing his special "land suit," ventures outside the tank alone, Bea and Oscar must risk everything to save him, and all three end up stranded in the pet store to face the wrath of Wilford, the store cat. Now, Milo has to put his selfishness aside to save his friends.
Doris Flores Gorgeous
Oscar creates a fake girlfriend, Doris Flores Gorgeous, when he thinks everyone else at Freshwater High is dating, but things go wrong when Bea and Milo want to visit her in Fish Niagara Falls, forcing Oscar to see just how far he's willing to go with his lie.
Milo's fame-seeking attempt to make the school football team lands him a position as water boy. When the team plays an away game at the gecko tank, Milo realizes the importance of his role and rushes to the game before the team dries up and has to forfeit.
Happy Birthfish, Jocktopus
In order to avoid being the next victims of school bully Jocktopus, Bea and Milo decide to give him a birthday present, but end up accidentally giving away Oscar. Jocktopus uses Oscar to make his bullying job easier, and sets his sights on Bea and Milo.
Bea Becomes An Adult Fish
Bea decides to grow up and get a job working for Fish Flakes, Inc., but realizes she misses her old carefree life. Meanwhile, Oscar and Milo get mistaken for her children at her office and get sent to daycare with a bunch of baby fish.
After feeling neglected by Oscar, Milo decides to get a dog, Murphy, to keep him company. When Oscar agrees to watch Murphy, the dog goes missing, and it's up to Oscar to get him back.
Bea fears that she won't be named Homecoming Queen when her classmates learn her parents will be chaperones at the dance. To ensure her win, she enlists Milo and Oscar to create a fake school dance for her parents to chaperone instead, and tries to keep up the charade by going back and forth between the two dances.
Bea and Oscar help Milo study for his final exam so he doesn't get held back a grade like their old friend Kevin, who everyone has since forgotten about. After a failed study session, Bea and Oscar discover that Milo can only absorb information if his life is threatened in some way, so they devise a plan to help Milo think that he is in danger while cleverly sneaking in questions to help him study.
Oscar decides that he needs to develop a better sense of humor since everyone around him seems to think things are funny when he doesn't. In order to fit in, he decides to start laughing at everything, but gets into trouble with the school bully after laughing at him for falling down in the hallway.
Baldwin The Super Fish
When Milo and Oscar notice some very strange similarities between their teacher Mr. Baldwin and their favorite comic book superhero, they are convinced Mr. Baldwin leads a double life as the super hero. After following him around for a day, Milo decides they have to put themselves in danger in order for Baldwin the super hero to save them, therefore revealing his super hero identity. Meanwhile, Bea has a journalism assignment and follows along to get a great scoop. Kevin McDonald guest stars as Dr. Frog.
Dances With Wolf Fish
Milo and Oscar get into a big fight over Milo's messiness, and each decide to find a new roommate. Milo ends up living with some wolf fish who are just as messy as him, and Oscar ends up living with Principal Stickler, which does not end well.
The Tale Of Sir Oscar Fish
Oscar has an accident and wakes up in what he believes is his fantasy novel where he meets medieval equivalents of everyone at Freshwater High. It gets dangerous when Oscar takes on a deadly mission against a dragon and realizes that this is no fantasy - it's the real thing.
Hooray For Hamsterwood
Bea appears on a Hamster TV show on a trip to star-studded Hamsterwood with Milo and Oscar.
Milo Gets A Ninja
Milo finds a Siamese fighting fish, and uses his skills to intimidate Jocktopus and stop him from bullying everyone at school. But with the ninja at his side, Milo becomes hungry with power and eventually turns into the bullier.
Milo fakes having a disease called Dropsy when he sees Albert Glass, who really has the fish illness, getting special attention and treatment. Taking his performance too far, Milo panics when he learns he's being sent away so he doesn't infect everyone.
Fishing For Compliments: The Albert Glass Story
Everyone at Freshwater High, except Albert Glass, seems to like Bea for the sweet person she is. Bea gets help from Milo and Oscar to help her figure out what it's going to take to get on Albert's good side. Meanwhile, the Swirlies are in town and everyone is trying to get tickets to this toilet bowl roller derby.
Milo joins Bea in her new exercise class but is embarrassed when he's the weakest fish, so he enlists Jumbo Shrimp to help him become big and strong using a secret method which backfires.
The Dark Side Of The Fish
Oscar shares a sincere poem in class that creeps fellow students out. Feeling misunderstood by Milo and Bea, Oscar decides to become a Goth fish and befriends a group that includes Bleak Molly. Meanwhile, Milo and Bea fear they are losing Oscar to a different crowd, and try to get their friend back.
Dollars And Fish
Randy Pincherson gives Milo some money so he can join Oscar and Bea at the Brandon Bubbler concert; however, to Milo's surprise, the money is just a loan and Randy is demanding he pay him back by night's end at 300% interest. After Bea and Oscar sell their concert tickets to bail Milo out, Milo must get a job to win back his friends' respect.
A classic battle between the girls and the boys arise when the two suggested themes of the Homecoming Parade school float - Beauty vs. Radical, cannot be agreed upon by the two groups, leaving Principal Stickler to decide their fate.
After Mr. Mussels gives an inspiring speech about going after your dreams, Milo ends up finding his dream in an actual dream - he wants to fly across the pet store! Bea and Oscar are certain that this is just a Milo moment, but realize he's serious after Milo decides to trap a bird to fly on.
Two Clams In Love
When Clamantha's crush on Oscar begins to overwhelm him, he thinks his problems are solved when she develops a crush on his laptop, mistaking it for a fellow clam. When the battery starts to die, Clamantha is upset that her new boyfriend is ignoring her and Oscar must find a way to make things right.
After hearing about Chief's "accident," Milo is inspired to go peopling (fishing for people) for the pet store owner, Big Blue. When Milo gets himself trapped in Big Blue's pocket, Bea, Oscar and the Chief have to find a way to rescue him.
Legend Of The Earth Troll
In an attempt to get Milo to change his careless ways and to see the importance of recycling, Oscar appeals to him in the only way that will work - by disguising himself as a "magical dude" named the Earth Troll. The plan seems to work until Milo starts to take recycling too far and ends up endangering the quality of life for his teachers and friends.
After watching a scary movie, Milo is convinced that the school's students and faculty are infected with fish brain parasites. He and Principal Stickler set out to rid the tanks of the parasites and save their friends.
Pamela Hamster Returns
When Pamela Hamster visits Milo in Freshwater, he enlists Bea and Oscar to help keep his secret of being a fish hidden. Everything goes awry when the rest of the fish discover that not only has Milo been impersonating a hamster and has drained water from the tanks, but has failed to throw them an "awesome" party, as promised.
Riding In Cars With Fish
Oscar takes his driving test, but things get wild when his driving instructors turn out to be Mr. Mussels and Coach Salmons.
Milo's Big Idea
Milo comes up with a great idea: fridge hats.
Milo and Oscar become the school's mascot, but students from a rival school kidnap Oscar.

It's Halloween in Freshwater and the scene is set for a night of frights and fun! There is only one hitch - Jocktopus. To avoid the constant pummeling and candy stealing that Jocktopus brings to the night, the gang takes their trick-or-treating tactics outside of the tanks and into the pet store for an adventure.
